Artists
Our venue is primary onthe Newburgh NY on the Hudson River waterfront. As a production company we will have events in various locations, depending on contracts and community need.
Parking is provided in close proximity as possible. Ferry Godmother Productions is not responsible for equipment left in vehicles.
Depending on number of variables including the genre and budget of an event, the Ferry Godmother will contact you there is an interest.
Check-in times vary depending on the needs and size of the performance.
Vendors
We are always looking for businesses to partner with us for these community events. It is known as the best way to reach your target audience.
At a minimum a 10×10 space is provided for the required tent. All vehicles must be removed from the site at least 1 hour prior to event start. No tent, table, water or electricity is provided.
The only merchandise allowed is handmade or artisan goods, domestic or international. No beverages of ANY sort are permitted for sale.
Upon approval of merchandise and the payment for space rental, in full, you will receive a registration packet which includes all instruction and assigned location
Volunteers
We have many volunteer positions available all-year round. If you gain experience in a specific are, grow a skillset or just support a community, please contact us for more information.
All volunteers must report to location at least 1 hour prior to start of event, to check in and receive specific assignment.
We ask that you respect the privacy of our audience and performers and not photograph or video without prior permission form Ferry Godmother.
No one is permitted to distribute any materials to our seated/standing audience. this includes flyers, pamphlets, buttons, keychains etc.
